HTML color

In HTML, there are two colors that way. One is the name of that color, such as blue that blue. Another is the use hexadecimal values that the RGB color values. RGB is Red, Green, Blue means each RGB color 0 is the minimum, maximum is 255, if converted to hexadecimal 16, (# 00), (# FF).
