17.5.1 mailto in the difference between cc and bcc

Cc is the acronym for carbon copy, on behalf of copied

Bcc acronym is blind carbon copy, send representatives dark

Example

  Mailto: A? Bcc & cc = B = C 

The above example is the mail to the A, then copied to B, and C. Then again secretly sent to A, B and C will receive this mail, and the same content. However A, B is A recipient can see and copied to the B, but they (A, B) do not know C also received a letter mail.
