16. Standard web design - with more standard designed website

Web design standards to be followed, content and performance of phase separation.

Below is equivalent to two equations:

  Performance = + content pages XHTML + CSS = PAGE

Content and performance separately, that is, they use HTML, XHTML, and how the content publishing, that the use of CSS

Standard Web advantages:

Less code, easy to maintain.
Download pages faster, broadband demand lower, less demand for hard disk capacity.
Publishing more convenient.
